- 1.Open the Integrations tab in your dashboard
- 2.Click Connect next to Google Calendar
- 3.Pick the Google account whose calendar the agent should book against (if you have multiple Google accounts, pick the one used for client appointments — not your personal one)
- 4.Review the permissions Google asks for: read free/busy + create events. We don't ask for email, contacts, or anything else
- 5.Click Allow. You'll redirect back to the Integrations page showing 'Connected as you@example.com'
- 6.Test: open Voice Agent → Start test call → ask the agent to book an appointment for tomorrow at 2pm. Then check your Google Calendar — the event should be there within 5 seconds
Which calendar does it book on?
By default, your primary calendar on whichever Google account you authenticated. To book against a different calendar (e.g., a team-shared calendar), email hello@rescueyourleads.com — we can configure a non-primary calendar ID per org.
Granting consent the second time
If you ever switch agents, change the email associated with the dashboard, or hit a "permission denied" error, click Disconnect → Connect again. The second consent screen will just confirm; Google remembers your previous grant.
