- 1.Open the Integrations tab
- 2.Click Connect next to Microsoft Outlook
- 3.Sign in with the Microsoft account you use for client appointments — works with both work/school accounts (Office 365) and personal accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com)
- 4.Review the permissions: Calendars.ReadWrite + offline_access. The offline_access permission is required so we can keep refreshing the connection without you having to re-authenticate
- 5.Click Accept. You'll redirect back to Integrations showing 'Connected as you@example.com'
Work / school accounts and admin consent
If your Microsoft account is part of a company tenant, your IT admin may need to approve the app. If you see 'Need admin approval' instead of the normal consent screen, forward the link to your IT admin — they grant it from the Entra admin center.
Token rotation
Microsoft rotates refresh tokens on every refresh (Google does not). We handle this automatically — there is nothing for you to do. If a refresh ever fails (e.g., you changed your Microsoft password), the dashboard will show a "Reconnect" badge.
