3. SMS/Text Messaging & TCPA Compliance
Our service sends automated text messages on behalf of your business. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained prior express consent from your customers to receive text messages at the phone numbers provided, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.
- You will not upload contact lists or trigger automated messages to individuals who have not consented to receive communications from your business.
- You understand that all automated messages include opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to opt out") and that opt-out requests are honored immediately.
We maintain records of message delivery, opt-out requests, and consent documentation to support TCPA compliance. Standard messaging rates may apply to message recipients.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

- After Cancellation: We retain data for up to 90 days after account cancellation to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
- SMS Logs: Message delivery records are retained for 12 months for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
