How your account is structured, what data we collect at signup, and team-member support.

Signup methods

You can create an account three ways: a magic-link email (we send you a one-time link, you click, you’re in), Google sign-in, or Microsoft sign-in. Pick whichever is easiest — we don’t store passwords either way.

What an account contains

Every signup creates one organization (your business) and links you as the owner. The organization owns your voice agent, your phone number, your call history, your billing, and your integrations. The user (you) just authenticates against it.

Team members

Multi-user team support ships in the next release. Right now, one user owns the org. If you need a teammate to access the dashboard, share your magic-link email or set up a shared Google account.

Closing your account

Cancel your subscription from the billing portal (Billing → Manage payment). After 28 days of non-payment, your number is released and your agent is deleted. Your call history stays in the database for audit purposes but the agent stops answering.

Deleting your data

Email hello@rescueyourleads.com with a delete request. Within 5 business days we remove your call transcripts, recordings, and contact data. We keep billing records as required by law (7 years).
